Concepted by Minneapolis chef Daniel del Prado, Blondette is the premier French-inspired restaurant at Rand Tower Hotel. Burstin with innovation, it takes traditional French cuisine and flips it on its head with Pacific Northwest ingredients. Located on the fifth floor, Blondette is housed in a gorgeous glass-covered atrium complete with an outdoor patio and one of Minneapolis’ only retractable roofs, inviting guests to mix and mingle under the stars all year long.
