The IC Voyager Program is available to active HHM Hotels associates and requires presentation of an authorization form along with valid photo identification at check-in. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and cannot be used by anyone other than the authorized individual.
Use for personal travel only (not business). This is an associate perk for HHM Hotels associates and their friends & family. Use for business travel could result in disciplinary action for the associate.
Maximum of 7-night length of stay. Back-to-back bookings are not allowed.
Discounted rate is based on demand and is subject to blackout dates based on availability and hotel occupancy.
The IC Voyager Friends & Family rate must be booked directly through the selected hotel or resort website using the rotating coupon code that the HHM Hotels associate obtains through the company's HR platform, UKG. Associate rate must be booked through a unique employee rate link.
Use of this program if previously rescinded will result in disciplinary action.
A credit card must be provided as guarantee for payment.
Reservations are subject to the property's default cancellation policy. Please see rate details for more information. Note that if you must cancel after the deadline, we reserve the right to charge for all or part of your stay.
Guest (and accompanying party) should always positively represent the Independent Collection and HHM Hotels. Behaviors of a friend and/or family are also a reflection of the associate. Failure to do so could result in disciplinary action for the associate, up to and including separation of employment.
The associate rate is only available for active HHM Hotels associates. It is required that said associate is present at check-in.
Falsification or other misrepresentation of information on this authorization form will constitute grounds for immediate revocation of usage of the program, as well as review for separation of employment.
Where applicable, resort fees (or similar) will be waived; any food & beverage, hotel, or similar credits associated with such fees will not be applicable to guests who book IC Voyager rates.
